The room was very well decorated with an electronic key card, multi-channel television, and a writing desk.

Totally very good stay for 4 nights. Absolutely charming area, central location very close to a good restaurant, and a wonderful central district that is quaint. Situated only 1 km from Altstadt von Innsbruck.

Plentiful breakfast with fresh bread, fruit plus eggs brought out, excellent service.

Everything at this lovely family run hotel was brand-new as we expected. The location was great and fab, just 5 min walk from a roofed mall. It was located in a local area close to many good restaurants and sights and the river and center of the town in an old building and public transport.

We had an incredible experience at Boutiquehotel Weisses Rossl. The service was outstanding, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The staff, from the friendly check-in with Maria to the amazing restaurant staff, especially Amir, were exceptional. The hotel is in a fabulous location and the facilities were clean. We also loved the rare treat of a made-to-order breakfast. The front desk ladies were kind and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for things to do. Our spacious and clean room, with comfortable beds, made our stay even better. We can't wait to return in December for the Christmas market.

It was well priced. Welcoming staff and everything was brand-new. The room was modern and functional with aircon, I had a good rest. The service was excellent, that made the hotel incredibly beautiful place.

We had an amazing stay at Weisses Rössl, a charming boutique hotel in a great location. The atmosphere was truly Tyrolean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was exceptional and the breakfast was abundant. The room was bright, modern, clean, and spacious, and we even received a welcome bottle of homemade lemonade. The bathroom was also clean, and the shower had excellent water pressure. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the hotel's offerings.

the location of the hotel is excellent.... right in the Altstadt. Bed was extremely comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel is very good.

Only suggestion for the hotel is to get decent towels.to replace the scratchy ones they currently have. Plus there was only one small bathtowel in our room for 2 people.. The other person had to use two handowels after their shower.

It is an antique building, the rooms are very well decorated and well-appointed with great interior design.

Unique and great-sized rooms with a seating area, a work desk, and a couch bed. Magnificent location in center of town. And just next door to a pedestrian zone so impossible to park near by, a good restaurant and the pedestrian area.

Beds were a bit hard.

A beautifully renovated hotel in a historic location. Comfy rooms with special requests granted. Great restaurant with a modern Austrian theme and the buffet breakfast was superb. Excellent location in the heart of the old town.

Really excellent tourist information from the front desk, very helpful staff. Comfortable rooms, interesting hotel decor, great location, free internet in room, good breakfast.

Didn't quite feel it was worth the price, but looking at hotel rates in the area I think hotels in Innsbruck are just expensive... Not an issue for us but some people might like to know that the lift (elevator) does not go to the ground floor and you do have to carry suitcases for one flight of stairs.
